Love this Product & Brand!! They reached out to me months after purchasing our bidet & offered a newer model for free! We’ve been using the new model for a few months now & absolutely love it! The updated hot water feature, which includes the necessary plumbing attachment to connect it to our sink, is a game changer. Also the self cleaning feature is awesome & helps to significantly reduce the build up of bacteria. Thank you so much Samodra for the generosity & incredible engineering! 10/10

This is my second bidet attachment for… This is my second bidet attachment for the toilet. I purchased this one because it was about twice as expensive as my last one and I hoped it would be better quality. So far it seems about the same. The only difference are the controls which I like on this model. The pushbuttons are a nice feature compared to the joystick on my last one. It was also easy to install, except that the connections on the bidet itself were a different size than my old one so I had to replace the hoses with the new ones on this bidet. It would have been much simpler if they were the same. As for the durability of this model, that remains to be seen.

Canceled the order but shipped it anyway and charged me. I placed an order and change my mind not five minutes later. I immediately sent an email that was ignored. Got a notice a day later that it shipped. Now I am getting constant emails to write a review. Very ironic.
