Canceled the order but shipped it anyway and charged me. I placed an order and change my mind not five minutes later. I immediately sent an email that was ignored. Got a notice a day later that it shipped. Now I am getting constant emails to write a review. Very ironic.

I ordered this to go with our new Moen… I ordered this to go with our new Moen faucet. Husband said that installation was easy. You can pull off the top to refill the bottle, you don't have to unscrew it. Satisfied.

Bidet arrived 2 days after I placed my order. The bidet itself is easy to mount (done in 20 minutes). Everything is working perfectly as it should. Water pressure is nice and you have so many different settings. I am very happy with my purchase and I recommended this company to all my friends.
