360 installer fantastic! My installer, Pete King, was wonderful! He set our system up exactly the way we wanted it, was extremely patient with our questions and made absolute certain that we were well informed & comfortable before leaving. Although he was very efficient with his time, we never felt rushed....and believe me, we asked A LOT of questions! We're so excited that we finally have a security system that addressed all of our concerns and needs.

They are a scam and they steal your money They are a scam. They sent my bill to collections without ever notifying me of any bill in the first place. My emails from them have no mention of a bill from the last couple of years. They even had someone call me from their company and I told the representative i do not use their service and then I found out later that she never closed my account after telling her that I did not use or want it, plus she never mentioned there was a bill that needed to be paid. So I get one from collections for something I haven't used once in many years. Do not use them!

Very Pleased 😊 We just had an alarm system installed and we can't say enough what an awesome job Kevin and Eddie with Alert 360 did. They stayed after hours, answered ALL of my husband many questions and we're very patient. They showed us some other projects that would work great in our place. We signed up with Fort Knox security (which weren't very good at communicating with Alert 360) and they made their mistakes right as well. We had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for an alarm system with Cameras installed in their home.

Professional & thorough!!! John Hutson leads a great crew at Alert 360 and they did an amazing job in securing my new new home. Arthur and the technicians were very good about explaining everything thoroughly, slowly and they were very kind and clean. Alert 360 is an AWESOME home security company!… Alert 360 is an AWESOME home security company. I switched to them after paying the extremely high prices of ADT. Technician Jerry visited my home to upgrade my alarm system to new 5G technology compatibility. He was thorough, polite, and professional. He respected my home, followed CDC guidelines for pandemic safety, and was very efficient. He used existing ports, cords, and wiring corridors to avoid drilling additional holes in my walls. Jerry was respectful to me as well. Since switching from ADT and Devron alarm services, I have not regretted choosing Alert 360. I also added a few more options to make my family feel a bit more secure and my bill still remains under $30/month. I'm proud to be an Alert 360 customer. You should give them a call too. They are local and reliable.
