Sandra did an outstanding job assessing my needs, and providing a plan for my services. Austin was at my home for 14 hours, without leaving for any kind of break. He worked the entire time, and found great solutions to some very challenging architectural issues with the house. Anthony was here for a portion of the evening, and also did an excellent job of solving some challenges! Both of these young men were beyond courteous and polite. Totally positive experience, and I absolutely recommend Alert 360.

Great experience, Great technicians !! Great experience, Joel was professional, personable and efficient. He answered our questions thoroughly and to the degree necessary the gives the responses we needed. Our system was enhanced with an additional equipment. He ensured all critical sensors and zones were verified and working. No issues after more than 15 hrs with this company. I would call and request this particular technician again if needed.

360 installer fantastic! My installer, Pete King, was wonderful! He set our system up exactly the way we wanted it, was extremely patient with our questions and made absolute certain that we were well informed & comfortable before leaving. Although he was very efficient with his time, we never felt rushed....and believe me, we asked A LOT of questions! We're so excited that we finally have a security system that addressed all of our concerns and needs.

They are a scam and they steal your money They are a scam. They sent my bill to collections without ever notifying me of any bill in the first place. My emails from them have no mention of a bill from the last couple of years. They even had someone call me from their company and I told the representative i do not use their service and then I found out later that she never closed my account after telling her that I did not use or want it, plus she never mentioned there was a bill that needed to be paid. So I get one from collections for something I haven't used once in many years. Do not use them!

Professional & thorough!!! John Hutson leads a great crew at Alert 360 and they did an amazing job in securing my new new home. Arthur and the technicians were very good about explaining everything thoroughly, slowly and they were very kind and clean. Their alarm system is one of the best and is comprised of many options in which I took advantage of all. I know should I have any questions or concerns that they are available. Thank you Alert 360
