This fall I ordered and installed five… This fall I ordered and installed five Indow Window inserts in my bedroom. Last winter (without my inserts), during the coldest of days I had my wall heater unit set near 80 degrees F, the windows were covered with ice, and I was still cold inside my room while wearing a heat and heavy wool sweaters. Last night's temperature reached -9 degrees F, and strong wind gusts chilled conditions further. I had my heater unit set to 69 degrees F, the windows had minimal to no frost formation, and I was comfortable walking around my room without a hat and only a light sweatshirt. Wonderful! Easy to place, great customer service and minimal/no impact on the architectural integrity of my 1824 home (approved by my state's historic society for use). Hands down best purchase of the year. My son’s bedroom window overlooked a… My son’s bedroom window overlooked a large grocery store and the early morning delivery noise was unbearable. I found Indow on YouTube and worked with great people to get the measurements correct, order the right type for the window, and we received it much quicker then I thought it would take for a custom order. It worked incredibly! My son couldn’t believe how much quieter it was and after ordering some noise-reducing curtains - he was able to sleep with no sound interruption. A life saver for sure.

Best purchase!!! I purchased three inserts for our primary bedroom windows. We live in a downtown area and over the years more and more development has led to increased high rises and traffic noise. I can say these inserts have drastically decreased the noise around us. Loud mufflers and reving engine noise was decreased by 90 percent! Normal outside noice decrease more than that. That makes a world of difference. I actually can sleep through the night now. Super easy to measure, order, and install. Highly recommend!

Super easy to install I ordered these for a home which had lost all of its original interior storm windows to foolish previous owners. The measurement kit was easy to use and all of the windows arrived intact and fit properly. I probably spent more time getting them out of the box than I did installing them. I purchased mine for additional insulation and I look forward to the reduction in cold drafts this winter.

Did absolutely nothing Did absolutely nothing. We can't return as the company offers ZERO garentee which should have been a huge red flag. There is no help provided by the company what so ever. Huge scam that means we are out a lot of money and still dealing with so much traffic noise making our house inhabitable. Save yourself the hassle and go with a company that stands behind their product and can provide a solution.
