Cut bedroom decibel level in HALF. Impressed. 5 stars for a great product. I live next to a busy highway and it's been incredibly disruptive to my sleep. Indow has cut the decibel level in my bedroom by HALF. Impressed. My only gripe: Shipping took about a month, and instead of just saying "shipping takes a month" (which I would have been completely fine with) the company auto-sends an email after purchase saying "We have worked hard to absorb the supply chain issues that have affected the entire world". This is unprofessional and annoying and as dated as listing your pager number on a business card or fax number on your website. Companies need to stop blaming acts of God for your poor customer service department or slow response/delivery times. Deal with things out of your control, and stop making excuses because of them. (Especially THREE YEARS later)

First of all…thanks Indow!!! First of all, I am an architect and I needed Indow inserts for 3 old casement windows which had warped and are now stewed closed on an enclosed mahogany framed porch. Working with Indow was very organized and really quite straightforward. Pricing was reasonable and their checking and confirming my measurements was extremely helpful!!! Indow inserts arrived on a timely schedule, beautifully packaged, and safely delivered. The inserts fit perfectly and have markedly reduced the incoming sounds (from the above ground Subway)!!! All good!!! Hope to do additional fixed windows on this enclosed porch in the future!!! Thanks Indow!!!

We had an A++++great experience from start to finish! We had a great experience from beginning of the processing working with James Werth who helped us understand how Indows worked and led us through the process! We got our inserts for 5 strategic windows where the highway gives a lot of noise, and we are superbly satisfied with the end result. The noise has been greatly reduced as was promised, so we are infinitely happy and satisfied! Highly recommended and end product fit perfectly!

Super easy to install I ordered these for a home which had lost all of its original interior storm windows to foolish previous owners. The measurement kit was easy to use and all of the windows arrived intact and fit properly. I probably spent more time getting them out of the box than I did installing them. I purchased mine for additional insulation and I look forward to the reduction in cold drafts this winter.

Costly But Effective Our Indows have significantly reduced the noise levels in our bedroom. At night, background noise is essentially zero despite living next to active train tracks. The process of measuring our windows was easy with the kit provided and installation was also very simple. The inserts did require us to remove our blinds and get window treatments which we had hoped to avoid. Also, they were pricey, but we got what we paid for and are happy with the improvement of our sleep.
