Cut bedroom decibel level in HALF. Impressed. 5 stars for a great product. I live next to a busy highway and it's been incredibly disruptive to my sleep. Indow has cut the decibel level in my bedroom by HALF. Impressed. My only gripe: Shipping took about a month, and instead of just saying "shipping takes a month" (which I would have been completely fine with) the company auto-sends an email after purchase saying "We have worked hard to absorb the supply chain issues that have affected the entire world". This is unprofessional and annoying and as dated as listing your pager number on a business card or fax number on your website. Companies need to stop blaming acts of God for your poor customer service department or slow response/delivery times. Deal with things out of your control, and stop making excuses because of them. (Especially THREE YEARS later)

I have a bank of three heat pumps right… I have a bank of three heat pumps right outside of my bedroom/office window which are noisy. It made sleeping and working in the room difficult. The Indow inserts, combined with padded drapes, make sleeping and working significantly easier. The step-by-step process was relatively simple, and the sales rep, Brian, was helpful. Best purchase!!! I purchased three inserts for our primary bedroom windows. We live in a downtown area and over the years more and more development has led to increased high rises and traffic noise. I can say these inserts have drastically decreased the noise around us. Loud mufflers and reving engine noise was decreased by 90 percent! Normal outside noice decrease more than that. That makes a world of difference. I actually can sleep through the night now. Super easy to measure, order, and install. Highly recommend!

They work! They actually do work surprisingly well! Don't expect 100% noise reduction, or you will be disappointed. But there has been a significant drop in the road noise in the rooms where I bought the windows, such that it does not bother me anymore and I tune it out. The installation and measuring process were a lot harder than advertised, recommend getting a handyman to help.

Smart solution to very old windows rom the discovery online of Indow to… From the discovery online of Indow to the installation it was worry free. Indow staff were helpful,the printed material easy to understand. The wait time went by quickly, when delivered well packaged. Installation by my contractor had no problems. Bob was impressed with quality,ease of installation,and the sound filtering. 8 windows were installed in less than an hour. Love that can remove and clean the 1887 float glass original windows.
