GBBuyer beware Buyer beware! Horrible return and cancellation policies! Ordered a drain grate, realized it was the wrong size and tried to cancel the order a few hours later. The delivery is a week out, so I know it hasn’t been packed or shipped, but their standard policy is to refuse to cancel the order after 45 minutes! Ridiculous! Said I could refuse delivery when it is shipped! Like someone can afford to wait around on their front porch all week until the delivery arrives. Onerous business policies that screw their customers into the ground. Do not buy from them.

GBDown Under Deck Protectors. Love these deck protectors that go under your flower pots. I have been using them for years after making the big mistake of not using anything, and causing deck rot. Segments snap off to custom the size, and they stabilize a pot an inch off the deck surface, allowing moisture to drain and dry without deck damage. They hold up in all the weather conditions in the PNW, rain, snow, freeze. This company offered very good pricing, and they arrived timely!

GBI ordered 6 tubes of Plastic Wood… I ordered 6 tubes of Plastic Wood (walnut). Five worked well, but one was unusable as it had hardened too much inside. According to DAP, the product has a one-year shelf life, so this one tube was probably too old. Shipping was fast.
