Excellent Service EMS was very knowledgeable of my existing system and was able to save me money by using it and just upgrading the equipment. Brandon took his time to go over all of the features of the new equipment and even helped me download and setup the apps to use it. I've got a great deal on a monitored system now with NO CONTRACT. EMS Alarm Systems is great! Brandon and his team did a great job setting up a CCTV system at our church. He wired two buildings for 18 total cameras and 2 DVRs in two days. Everything is working great. Brandon and his team are very professional and do a great job with everything from talking you through what you need, to planning out and estimating the system, to installing everything and teaching you how to use it.

Great Service My first alarm company experience with Protect America was not good. I had to install all the components myself while talking to someone over the phone. Two motion detectors that I ordered came in later and did not get properly connected and hence were not even working. The EMS technician repaired two bad sensors and made sure everything was in order. He showed us how to operate the keypad and set up our passcode. He answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. A stress free experience we were most thankful for.

Spend less, Get more We have used the big names like ADT. We were unsure about using a company for security that was not a National name brand. Well, at the end of the day all we were really paying for was the sophisticated advertisement, there is absolutely nothing superior about their sales or their service. I rate EMS as Par excellent!!! Brandon gave us professional service, very knowledgable technician. No convoluted contract. In this case, smaller is better. We LOVE the price!
