What a great company to do business… What a great company to do business with.I had an issue with a battery for my blower and the customer service representative ( s ) went above and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved to my complete 💯 satisfaction. Warranty voided if tool is received as a Gift WARRANTY voided for tool gift. Battery failed within the 3 year period, yet was invalid since tool was a gift, and procurement invoice could not be autorotated by owner.

mini chainsaw from BEI… I purchased a mini chainsaw from BEI &HONG & ALLOYMAN. The battery didn’t hold a charge after a couple of uses. I contacted the company via email and they informed me they would replace one battery free of charge. Great communication with Alloyman and I look forward to purchasing more products from them.
