Touchpad has proven unreliable I have replaced 3 of these locks. All have had issues on the touchpad not responding intermittently. They worked fine 90+% of the time but as an Airbnb host it proved too much hassle to get a call in the middle of the night that the lock would not activate when touched.The problem would self heal itself within a couple of minutes but still too much hassle.Customer service was responsive but would always have me disconnect the lock and reset it which did not solve the problem. I believe the lock has an inherit design/mfg fault that causes this intermittent problem. If this issue didn't exist I would have stayed with this brand (and purchased again) but instead I switched to Populife lock and it has been very reliable so far.

I love the function of the Sifely Lock I love the function of the Sifely Lock. It was easy to install and all the functions are great!

Physical key stopped working and my… Physical key stopped working and my other door was only openable from inside as it is a slider with extra security. Sifely is a piece of junk with so many things to go wrong. Also you can not get new physical keys.

Great Company Had issues and they took care of it. Customer Service is exceptional. Will work with you until it works. Love this company
