GBCustomer Service Non-Existent We ordered two smoke and carbon monoxide detectors (built-in) that worked fine for a few months. All of a sudden, the two started going off randomly and would also go off during the early hours of the morning. You can imagine waking up to them both going off at 3am! I contacted X-Sense directly for advice, as i cannot turn them off without permanently deactivating them. It's been two weeks, and we still haven't heard back from them. It was quite urgent as they kept going off all day and night randomly. I cannot honestly recommend X-Sense as the customer service is non-existent, and the products, well, what can I say.

GBdo not buy I have tried to connect the base station to two seperate routers without success. Also I have tried to enter the information manually but the app requests a QR code or serial number but the base unit is blank with only the model number on. I have also entered the wifi password but the unit was unable to connect to the router although my phone and tablet were able to do so at approximately 30 cm away from each other. This equipment is poor quality and not worth the money avoid!

GBX-Sense Smoke Detectors Purchased two Smoke Detectors from X-Sense to replace two expired Smoke Dectectors. They both failed in six months. Would no longer pair and when I checked with a smoldering fire, they did not go off. I sensed that they probably never worked as a smoke detector, because there has been smoke from the Kitchen and the Fire Place, and nothing sounded. The older smoke alarms would have gone off right away. When I contacted X-Sense, they said they should not be checked with REAL SMOKE! WHAT???!! Save your money and time. These things are JUNK! Buy from one of the major makers of smoke detectors.
