He called ahead of the scheduled time window to give me an update on the time he would arrive, arrived on time, and was very professional and thorough while he was cleaning the ducts in my home. We'll be using Lowe's again on our other home!

The technicians were great The technicians were on time, friendly, and courteous (even put on shoe covers to come into my place, which was very appreciated). They were great at answering my questions and explained the work they were going to do before doing it. They asked before performing anything that would cost extra and were transparent about pricing. They cleaned up after themselves and even sent pictures when the work was done along with prompt sending of receipts and invoices . I recommend. Im in Arlington VA but my invoice says it was the lowes in Columbia md.

Awesome team, great results, easy process! We called and got an appointment for vent cleaning in the same week. Oswaldo Garcia was extremely nice and the cleaning needed was definitely more than we expected, but they took care of everything and more. Price was expensive but competitive with all other providers we talked to, and we felt like we could trust the Lowes team to do a good job from the start. The whole process was extremely smooth.
