He told us what he needed to do to clean our vents and ducts. The process went smoothly. It was very professional. It was the first time we had the vents and ducts cleaned and we appreciated our technician's thoroughness.

Awesome team, great results, easy process! We called and got an appointment for vent cleaning in the same week. Oswaldo Garcia was extremely nice and the cleaning needed was definitely more than we expected, but they took care of everything and more. Price was expensive but competitive with all other providers we talked to, and we felt like we could trust the Lowes team to do a good job from the start. The whole process was extremely smooth.

The technicians were great The technicians were on time, friendly, and courteous (even put on shoe covers to come into my place, which was very appreciated). They were great at answering my questions and explained the work they were going to do before doing it. They asked before performing anything that would cost extra and were transparent about pricing. They cleaned up after themselves and even sent pictures when the work was done along with prompt sending of receipts and invoices . I recommend.
