The man who came was very helpful in… The man who came was very helpful in sorting out which appliances to clean as my cooker didn't require cleaning due to using air fryer now. Was pleased with the 3 appliances he cleaned. However his appearance was not very professional to come into someones house, it looked like he had just walked in of a building site!

My oven looked like new again My oven looked like new again - something I couldn't have achieved myself - especially removing the glass door! Decided to get my combi microwave done too. I found out they clean gas hobs too, so maybe next time; those pesky black iron pan supports are hard work to clean.

Poor Operative were late, spent twice as long as he estimated on initial inspection (not too bad) , then left leaving the top oven half done and with the mess all over the floor. When we turned the oven on the kitchen filled with acrid smoke. We paid (they have no card paying facility) then complained, they offered to come back but we don’t want them back. I spent the evening doing it myself having paid £65
