He was reliable, professional and reasonably priced while explaining each step of the process. He also pointed out a sensor feature on the dryer I was not aware of. Klean Vents came out to remove lint and debris trapped in our dryer ducts after years of having to run the machine for another 20 or 30 minutes after each full cycle, just to get clothes dry. Phil was prompt, professional, friendly and walked me through each step of the process. He inspected the ducts inside and in the crawl space under my home. He took before and after pictures to see the change. I could even feel the increase in the air pressure outside at the exhaust hood cover on the side of my house. They also replaced that awful palstic-filled according tubing at the back of the dryer with a safer, more sturdy metal tube that won't melt when the dryer gets hot. 100 percent will be using this company again.

Can’t say enough good!! Can’t say enough good!!! First, he showed up early, which was nice. Most companies show up late. Second, it was a downpour outside, yet he ensured that my outside dryer vent was clear, as a bird built a nest inside the vent. And third, he was through. Took the time to show me picture of our vents and for the most part, was not too bad (newer home). I am a 17 year veteran of the fire service and having been on many structure fires where the cause of the fire was the dryer vent. I’ve seen some pretty nasty dryers and vents, which is why what Klean Vents does is SO Important!!! I highly recommend Klean Vents!!!
