Gutter Cleaning service Had gutters initially cleaned in June. Few days later while speaking with Customer service Rep, who wanted to know how was the cleaning serv rec'd, I stated didn't know until next rain. Rep informed me if there was a problem to call. There was a missed blockage which Ned Stevens came back out and corrected the issue! I'm well pleased with their gutter services.

Frustrated with poor service I contracted with Ned Stevens to clean and maintain the gutters on my new home, the first time they came out their workers left a mess all over my pool patio. I had to call them to return to clean it up. Recently I have tried unsuccessfully over the last two weeks to schedule my next gutter cleaning, in both cases the online representative states he will call me back that day to set the cleaning up BUT NEVER DOES. They seem not to care about customer service and must not need my business, you should not have to beg a company to schedule and execute work. Do yourself a favor find another firm and give them your bushiness so you are not frustrated and having your time wasted by this one!
