miscommunication.... I called and gave a detailed inventory to the company. I was quoted a price but when the team showed up, they informed me it would be another price. After some discussion they agreed to the original price but didn't take all of the items so I had to remove those myself.

Very Good Removal Service I hired Junk Pros to remove a very clutter apartment in Manhattan for a person that I am the Court Appointed Guardian. The Junk Pro Crew was very good at the task at hand and very professional. The only reason I did not give them a fifth star was because they cause some minor inconvenience to some of the other tenants in the building that required the Building's Superintendent to intervene.

I empty homes of people who have passed away. I need competent, polite, clean, efficient, honest, and careful companies to assist me in my work. Pricing was better the three other bids, the job was done in time, and the staff went above and beyond in sweeping and mopping the space after all was removed.
