Better Life products work great! I’m a big fan of Better Life cleaning products and have used them for years. The Stain & Odor Eliminator does a wonderful job of cleaning up stains and messes across the board, leaving behind only a nice clean smell.

Disappointed with customer service after receiving damaged products I've used Better Life since 2013 when I saw them on Shark Tank and I love the products! Beginning in 2020 I began to have problems with the delivery of my orders. At least three orders had leaking or empty bottles, broken sprayers, or dented bottles. I recently asked a customer rep if they could send me a few sprayers as I currently have none that work and I still have several unopened bottles and they refused to help.

The receptionist are a great support The receptionist has been a great help to me, lately I've been suffering with my mental health and They especially Sandra has gone above and beyond to help me with speaking to a key worker and also finding me a quiet place to wait when I'm feeling anxious.
