Very poor quality cleaners. Look elsewhere before choosing cleanster app. The service is expensive and the cleaning was definitely not well done. Many aspects of cleaning that I was getting from other companies were promised, but then NOT performed. Very disappointed in the app (very hard to make a connection to a good claener) and once I did find a cleaner, they were sloppy, unreliable, careless and broke items in my rental unit, and just left without telling anyone.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! On Thursday 2 Spanish speaking cleaners came to our home for a 4 hour cleaning job. After 30 mins they came and told me they had the wrong home and literally ran out of my home everything out of place. Luckily my partner said something wasn't right and check our jewelry and the cleaners stole 2 Cartier rings, a gold watch, and 2 gold bracelets. I had no way to contact the company except for email and they refused to help and sent me a link saying they aren't responsible for theft. All we could do is file a police report. This company is a joke. Please protect your family and stuff and don't allow these people into your homes.
