GBDon't buy Terry Cloths... Terry face cloths 1 KG purchased from Furniture Clinic website to get free delivery - You will get around 12 halves of used hotel machinewashed white hand towels which are harder than a simple local supermarket face cloth. Waste of money. "Throwaway cloths" according to their advisor.

GBleather degreaser does not work I ordered the leather degreaser and it took weeks to arrive. Once it finally arrived, it was unsealed and half empty. I decided to use some of the degreaser that was left since I had waited so long for it to arrive and it did not work at all. I followed the directions and used it twice on a small area and used the leather clinic cleaner in between uses but it did nothing. The leather nope feels rough and dry in the area where I used it. Also it appears that this company does not post its reviews accurately.

GBAmazing product for those with pets I've tried forever to find a product which helped with those 'little accidents' that a new dog can have in the home, but didn't bleach or spoil the furniture or carpets. A friend suggested try Furniture Clinic's " No more odours"product as it could be used on rugs and other furniture as well as carpets and floors. I've used it a few times now and it cleans the mess up perfectly and is amazing to completely mask the odour. Covering the odour not only helped with house training bur the product was also incredibly kind to the furniture and flooring leaving it in great condition

GBI ordered your product that was … I ordered your product that was advertised to lift body oil from leather. I followed directions using the naptha product with it as recommended. I repeated the process 4 times & can tell absolutely no difference in the stain. I would not recommend this product at all.

GBDestroyed my leather furniture Used leather coloring balm on a very expensive ekornes couch and chair and it destroyed the finish . I called customer service who immediately took an aggressive defensive position stating the website clearly states to water test before using their products , well .. it is hidden in the FAQS ! When a consumer follws the normal purchasing flow by clucking on leather and then coloring balm , there is absolutely no warning that the product may damage leather . Again, after I hung up the phone with customer service I had to dig through the website to finally locate the disclaimer in the frequently asked questions section. And they further stated they would issue a refund which I have not received as of this date. An absolute nightmare $10,000 worth of furniture destroyed.
