GBVery easy process. It was much easier to apply and process than I expected. It was also a bit less expensive than anticipated. I received my documents via email within two weeks. My only complaint is that I wanted the business to be filed using my first initial and full middle name, but it was completed with my full first name and no middle name or initial. I believe this is due to the use of my personal SSN. I will check into having it changed/corrected later.

GBJenna Hollinger helped me to re-instate… Jenna Hollinger helped me to re-instate my non-profit business. She went above and beyond to explain things to me in layman’s terms and fixed the issue I was having. She was extremely courteous, understanding, patient, and professional. Jenna put me at ease to understand and complete the forms. Thank you and God Bless you in all that you do.

GBDO NOT USE THEM DO NOT USE THEM! Wish I could give ZERO STARS! But if this is FOR FRAUD I'd give five stars! Count me in as another one who got fooled by BEN and DAN'S COMPANY "NEW BUSINESS FILING LLC". A so-called company that preys on people who think they're on a government website. You can't even find information on where this scam company is located. The owners BEN AND DAN won't even divulge their last names on their company website because they're probably scared of all of the lawsuits that they'd encounter for taking people's money. They have some kind of link posted on a state's filing website-- (in NJ for me-- the link listed on my correspondence from NJ that led me to them is no longer there). One is led to believe that you are being compliant and filing your annual report for your state. They make you think that you are going to be charged $500/day if you don't file immediately. (The deadline is actually Jan. 1. 2025!) The fee is $200. Then, they give the choice to pay $250 to not have to file for the next five years. They are scammers and they should be ashamed of themselves. If they even slightly proud of their company, they'd list their last names and where they're located on their site-- but they DON'T.

GBRe-filing while delinquent With all the craziness, these Covid restrictions are placing on business' and our customers, I totally forgot to re-file. Expecting late fees and a stern reminder to be more timely in the future. I was pleasantly suprised to receive neither one. I was able to complete the filing online. The staff had a couple questions, they called and quickly got the info they needed with a minimum interruption of our business day. Well done.
