KRSentryKit is Essential For a few days our connection to SentryKit had an issue. SentryKit was in communication with us as the issue was resolved. Kelvin was great at staying in touch. During the short time we did not have a connection to SentryKit, I realized just how valuable their service is to my daily information flows about how our business is running on Amazon.

GBIt's fine Honestly, this tool is okay. But it's most suited, we find, to individual Sellers as opposed to agencies and aggregators. We operate multiple brands on the marketplace and find that our inboxes are overflowing with false positive notifications - to such a degree that warnings are broadly ignored and we login to Seller Central to manually confirm. The tool is fine, but a load of work needs to be done. Most likely not helped by the complexities of Amazon's APIs. We still use it because we haven't really found a great alternative and SentryKit is okay. The process of removing it, and re-integrating a new tool is not on our roadmap this side of the year.
