Can be counted on when you need them I have been ordering from CWI since 2006. I have ordered all sorts of items from nutrition, to medical devices and other supplies as needed for the care of elderly ill family members who are remaining at home. CWI always had items delivered on time with no issues and if I had questions I can actually get a real person on the phone. I have already recommended them to several people I work with who had no idea where to get supplies. And the prices are great I have compared. Highly recommend!!

They didn’t tell me the item wasn’t in… They didn’t tell me the item wasn’t in stock. The confirmation email said they were “in the process of being carefully picked and packed for shipping.” I had to email support to find out they didn’t have it in stock, or even the ability to tell me when it would be in stock. They cancelled my order stating my card was never charged. However, two days after that I got over $1,000 of fraudulent charges on my credit card. Hmmmm
