They have products that no one keeps on hand I was looking for a specialty thickened food and they are the only ones that seem to always have it available. Their customer service staff always help me out and we get our products quickly. If you need medical supplies, definitely go visit them!

They didn’t tell me the item wasn’t in… They didn’t tell me the item wasn’t in stock. The confirmation email said they were “in the process of being carefully picked and packed for shipping.” I had to email support to find out they didn’t have it in stock, or even the ability to tell me when it would be in stock. They cancelled my order stating my card was never charged. However, two days after that I got over $1,000 of fraudulent charges on my credit card. Hmmmm
