Guy called and gave me the whole sales pitch and what they do is try to steer you customer away from using a credit card by automatically adding a 3.5% surcharge to your customer's bill to use credit card. They claim their service will take the place of your credit card processing, which of course it will if NO ONE USES CREDIT CARDS! Point is, why should you pay them $65/month when you can just use a calculator and tack the 3.5% on your customer's bill just the same?
