Fantastic support, easy + successful key copy I ordered 2 key fobs and a reader/writer from Mr. Key Fob based on visually matching my apartment key with an option on the website. Minutes after uploading the pictures of my original fob (as Mr. Key Fob requests) and placing the order, I got a call from their support line telling me that based on the type of fob I had, the duplication process might not work. They gave me the options to either cancel the order or ship it anyway. They told me that if it didn't work, I could ship it back for a refund. I chose to go through with the order anyway. The fobs and copier arrived here in Florida 4 days after I ordered them. I got the copying software from their website running in minutes (had to restart it a few times for it to detect the USB scanner), and it was super simple to read and write the keys. Much to my satisfaction, the keys copied successfully, and they worked! I really appreciated Mr. Key Fob's support reaching out to me to make sure I was fully aware of all details before they fulfilled my order. I think that's a testament to their trustworthiness.

Painless Process Mr. Key Fob was able to complete a technically difficult job where there was uncertainty of whether or not the process would work. Others had failed to clone my fob, so it was a relief when Mr. Key Fob's clones worked immediately. In the event that the cloning process failed, Mr. Key Fob had arranged for the only expenses to be sharing the costs of postage. Excellent service!

Great support and service. Everything was shipped in a timely manner and the support offered to help with programming my UHF tag was prompt and helpful!

Works perfectly. Could be less costly. Shipped within a couple of hours of ordering...amazing! The programmer works easily (with the freeware app, which is open source too). The fobs now work just like my Salto originals. The price of the fobs, however, could be a lot less, specially since shipping was not free/included.
