Annual service performed professionally CDS maintains the Generac standby generator at our home. As in previous years, they contacted us when it was time to renew, and took care of the service without any fuss. We lose power about 2-4 times/year, and the generator has always worked fine.

They arrived on time and performed the… They arrived on time and performed the installation quickly and professionally. They demonstrated how to start the generator, perform the switch over from external power to the generator and back. They then walked us thru the switchover and back. They diagrammed and labeled the circuits in the ne sub-panel and the circuits in the original panel that were still active. They also labeled the new spare circuits on the main panel. All in all a great job.

Competant Everything was accomplished in a straight forward manner; owners requirements were requested and adhered to. Job was complicated by having to tie into three 200 amp service panels but the job was finished on time. BTW, we had a power failure two days later and the equipment ran up fine. A great real world test!

Great Service Coordination, and scheduling was perfect. Test went well. They should suggest covers for the equipment after install.

Mike, my main install dude was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Mike and crew completed the perfect install. Everything went exactly as planned and in a timely manner. This crew is the best.
