He helped me in adjusting flooring amounts and took my various calls on transition pieces to make sure that my order was correct. What was amazing was that he remembered me each time I called. He treated me with kindness and respect.

We wanted to replace carpet with the… We wanted to replace carpet with the same color and type of floor tile that had already been installed in other parts of our new home. Other tile suppliers were unable to locate the type and quantity of porcelain plank floor tiles that we needed to complete our flooring project. Regal worked diligently to locate enough tile with a matching dye lot. They also gave us a great price and even better delivery time than we expected!

Dennis at Regal Floor Covering is a delight to work with! I worked with Dennis on my order of Bedrosians Zenia Solar and Moon Matte tile. He was gracious and very good at communicating to me about my order as I was awaiting delivery. I'd called other tile distributors and did not get the same courteous customer service, nor were they able to locate the tile I was looking for within the timeline I had to work (and the pricing was the best I could find!). So kudos to Dennis and Regal Floor Coverings! Thank you very much, we're very happy with our tile. Now on to getting it installed!

I was in a panic when our flooring was… I was in a panic when our flooring was discontinued. I could not be happier with the ability of our sales rep. to drop what he was doing and figure this out for us! In one day we had the last of the discontinued flooring shipping out of their warehouse that week.
