When Jeffery entered my home, I did not have to ask as he was already masked up and he even removed his shoes. This is a action that speaks volume as I have had a previous experience with a worker who did not want or respect me enough to take precautions. As it relates to the floor, Jeffery was timely, reasonable and communicative throughtout the entire process. He provide options which was confirmation of humbleness and not greed. They did an awesome job repairing my hardwood floor instead of opting to change the entire floor (like other contractors) and saved me a lot of money. He is patient and has a good listening skills.
