Excellent Customer Service They answered all my questions (and I had MANY) over the course of several weeks as I researched this company and explored their competitor's offerings. They explained things to me in layman's terms. No talking down to me. No heavy sales pitch. They explained their product and service without disparaging their competitors, which, in my opinion, shows respect and utmost professionalism. When I had problems locating a generator and a contractor to install it (supply chain issues etc.) they stepped up and found a reputable contractor for me. My property is not local to this company's hometown, yet they scheduled me in quickly. I did not have to wait for more jobs in my area so they could capitalize on their travel. They came when they said they would. The workers were friendly, professional and appeared to be hard-working at all times. They finished the job when they said they would and I was very pleased with the final product. The spring thaw in my area was not a problem; my crawl was dry. I would highly recommend this company.
