FixT sent uninsured 17 year old to hang a 150lbs mirror We booked via FixTman requesting a two person team to hang a heavy (150lbs) mirror and a lightweight painting. We sent detailed instructions for how the mirror needed to be hung and how large it was. FixTman assured us they were insured for the task. The technicians they sent were two young people who were unable to lift the mirror and had not been given the correct information about the request, so brought the wrong equipment. One of them told us he was 17 years old - which means he could not have been insured nor have had training to safely complete a job like this. They were very polite but we asked them not to attempt the task, given that they could not even physically lift the mirror, let alone hang it. Booker beware.

Carefully vett the people who come to your house May be hit or miss with the people who come to your house. The first 2 people who came to install with TVs did not come with the correct tools and did not have lots of experience. When they had to Go to store and get extra tools I immediately canceled them and rescheduled for somebody else. I felt the initial people were not properly vetted by the company The second persons they sent was excellent. He did not need an assistant and he mounted my 65 inch TV quickly and without difficulty and cleaned up after. He is highly recommended.

They were easy to book, reasonably priced, and there were no hidden fees. The handy man was knowledgeable, clean, (I said it clean) and the job be did definitely has a WOW factor but don't take my word, give them a try!

The process of scheduling the TV mounting project was simple, the communication leading up to the start time was great, Behnam showed up right at the beginning of the 2-hour window (8 am on the dot) and was done with mounting our 3 TVs in under an hour. Overall, very impressed and will happily recommend!

Last minute appointment I contacted the company at 2:00 and was able to secure an appointment for between 4 and 6. Mr. Orlando Flores was delayed and showed up at 6:45 but he and his assistant were very professional and fast!
