GBMy experience was terrible! AJS Construction owned by Kermit Laforce was asked to come out and fix a leak in our ceiling that appeared to be coming from the chimney area. They removed shingles around the chimney and caulked. NO TRUE FLASHING WAS ADDED. They told us this would fix our problem. As soon as the first rain came our ceiling leaked in the same exact spot! We called Mr. Laforce and told him it was still leaking. He told us it would cost more money to repair somewhere else. He says chimney leaks are a guessing game. He was paid 500.00 for the first visit. How much do you guess it might cost to finally get it right! We tried emailing, texting and calling Mr. Laforce to get him back to our home and finish what he was supposed to fix. He will not return any of the messages.

GBQuick to respond, ready to repair on site, polite and effective. Soon after noticing a leak spot in the bathroom, I found Roofingnetworks and called Reynolds Roofing, one of two references llisted. The other company called first but was not able to come earlier. William Reynolds gave me a quote, subject to inspecting the cause of the leak. He found a large gap at the base of a vent pipe on one side of the roof, right above the bathroom. Not only did he fix it prompty, he also made a thorough inspection of the other vents & sealed where needed. He also repaired the sheet rock in the kitchen ceiling where a light fixture had been removed to change the lighting, as well as paint both the kitchen and bathroom ceilings. Great results!

GBGreat, fast service This was done some time ago and actually almost forgotten about. I was lucky in that the particular roofer I used happened to be in my town and could come over with an estimate immediately. One other roofer called back a day later, but by that time, the job was done. I called only the one roofer, the second called me, and no other roofers called me, nor I them, I had an emergency request do to raccoon damage, the roofer used knew all about those rascals and rubber roofs. All went smoothly, but in an attempt to have his men finish the job, certain details would have been forgotten from the initial consultation unless you stay on top of them and remind them. I think a written itemized list for those actually doing the job is in order for this not to happen. Otherwise, all went well. But I have been out of town a lot and do. Ot know if it stayed well. That is to be seen.
