My complicated upgrade was carried out with true professionalism by Tom who is knowledgeable, polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend this great team.

Highly professional and friendly. We needed two wall heaters changed and a new dual digital timer for water heater. Duncan did the initial assessment and provided a reasonable quote. The technician who did the work was excellent. Not only did he fit the new units but identified quite a lot of redundant wiring and sockets (the flat is more than 60 years old) and he greatly simplified this. CES will be coming back to convert redundant sockets to active ones and at some point to do the electrical part of a kitchen refit.

So Simple, we did we wait so long? I was given all the information I needed by Duncan Grindley beforehand. Then Tom, the electrician, arrived and was so calm, professional and affable that the whole experience was a pleasure. He completed the job in no time, updated the information on the fuse box and even made a random wire safe. Above and beyond the call of duty, very impressed.

Excellent service once they were booked… Excellent service once they were booked in and confirmed. My only slight criticism is that the back office comms could be better. Other thay that i would highly recommend.
