They were the most considerate people...very helpful, kind, friendly, competent, and professional. We were just thrilled with the excellent job done with the installing. We will be returning in the future for our further flooring needs. We just loved them!!!

The carpet is very nice and good … The carpet is very nice and good quality. The installation looks great. I was a little disappointed that such a large amount of carpet had to be purchased without anything being said. Had I known, I would've purchased enough to do a second room as much of our house needs new carpet. Now we have quite a large left over piece this won't fit anywhere. More clear communication on that aspect would've been greatly appreciated.

Excellent customer service I recently purchased engineered luxury vinyl flooring for my living room. The wait time for installation after ordering seemed a bit long, but the holidays were part of that wait. The two-person crew who removed my carpet and installed the flooring worked fast, and my new floor is beautiful. I also purchased an area rug from Loews, and I received good advice from the staff before purchasing. I try to shop local when I can, and I'm very glad I did.
