CAFantastic I've purchased off of Pet Canva twice now and each time the quality has been superb. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a way to some more pet in your life. I bought the King size Sherpa blanket, mouse pads and a mug. All three items are great with very high quality. Plus the personal customization options are awesome and really allow for a personal feel on your product. The process of art approval is very easy and any adjustments you want done can be requested. I did receive a mug with the incorrect pets on my first purchase but the issue was resolved quickly and the mug was refunded even though they still shipped the right one.

GBA picture is worth a thousand tears of joy... Ever since receiving my gift, I have become a repeat customer! Their artist/s do amazing work in creating an accurate likeness of your pet. They involve you in the creation process so that you are happy with the finished product before it’s even made. When you are providing these items as gifts, this is so important! And when the recipients are overjoyed and amazed at how beautiful their gifts are, you KNOW PetCanva did a fabulous job!

GBNever received my item and customer support is ignoring my emails This company is a complete and utter joke. I ordered I personalised gift for my girlfriend for her birthday on the 29th of August. They fudged up the orders and sent my item to another person and sent me theirs. I returned the wrong order and was told the correct order would be shipped ASAP… then when I’ve asked for an update on what’s going on I get the same garbage excuses and they say ‘we will update you soon with your tracking order’. It’s now the 9th of October and the customer support are now completely ignoring my emails. I was told my circumstances would warrant a refund in one email but when I ask for one I get ignored. This genuinely feels like a scam and is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with buying a product from any company. Stay clear of these people as they will happily take your money but you may never receive what you paid for.
