Unwanted Garden & Office Items What a fantastic service provided by Skoup. They gave a 12 hour time period and were here by 7am to uplift all of our unwanted items before our office was even open. I had initially asked for some items to be uplifted but was able to email using my order number to add more items I would definitely use this service again !!! I highly recommend this company.

A fantastic rubbish removal service Very easy to book online and prices are reasonable compared to skip hire. Even better, all of the moving and lifting is done for you! The people collecting the items were fantastic. Very helpful and efficient. They checked and double checked to make sure they were taking all items. I was very impressed with the whole service. Only improvement would be to narrow the collection window or send a text when they were on the way.

Mark from Skoup was absolutely superb Mark from Skoup was absolutely superb. He rang in advance to let us know when he was going to arrive and was very courteous, friendly, helpful and efficient. Thanks to Mark and Skoup we have a clutter-free house prior to our move, making our lives so much easier. Brilliant service!

False advertising. We ordered a Full Van which supposedly holds up to 800kg of waste. Our builders estimated that what they put out to be collected would have weighed around 600kg max. It was honestly laughable how little of the waste the driver took - the van at the end was a quarter full yet apparently the limit had been reached. The pick up was on Saturday 3pm yet the waste was taken to the depot and weighed on Tuesday morning which magically came to 840kg. Conveniently Skoup couldn't provide a picture of the van just before it was weighed so who knows what was added on from Saturday to Tuesday. Very poor experience which left us with a bigger headache than what we began with.

Just Brilliant! First time customer today with Luke & Paul. The guys texted ahead to confirm arrival (40 minutes). Arrived promptly, assessed the work and basically just got on with it. We are absolutely delighted with the service, from placing an order to completion (2-days total). What a fab service! We highly recommend Skoup - thank you very much Luke and Paul from Winyates Green :-)
