Our technician was super polite and… Our technician was super polite and friendly. Would always knock and let us know he was there to provide the necessary services. The products seem to work well, as ants were destroying my yard and it is much better now. I'm also finding a lot of dead crickets on the sidewalk and somehow mini-bees/yellow jackets are showing up dead inside the house. Pretty impressive.

I was told when I signed up I could… I was told when I signed up I could cancel anytime. After 2 quarterly treatments I decided the service was not worth the price. I was told there would be a cancelation charge. Although it seems you can cancel anytime, I feel ripped off by being charged to do so and now will not use them ever again nor will I recommend them to my friends. I would add everyone I dealt with was polite and professional but this company policy ruins all their hard work.

I am horrified by the level of service… I am horrified by the level of service provided by this company. We were contacted at our house and they offered to spray our property for pests as they were working with our neighbours. They were unclear about the duration of services offered. We believed we were signing on for a one time problem with some ants we had. Once we were signed up we were trapped. The second time they visited which we were not told when they were coming they were watch by a witness that saw they didn’t even spray when they said they would. I reached out to another pest solution company and asked them about the services we receiving (leaving this company’s name out of it, and was told they don’t even over services like they roped us into as they are I effectual. When I reached out to Insight Pest Solution to try and find out about cancelling they offered me no remediation except I could pay them an additional $100 to stop coming or be forced to pay them more money for the next two visits they had planned. I’m distressed an disappointed that this company can take advantage of people to this extent. They remind me of the mob… you pay one way or the other. Please do not use this company!

Limited Value for Me The people that provide the service are good but unless you have a serious, specific problem there is little benefit. I had to continue treating for ants myself as there seems to be little if any residual value. Especially when treatments were applied immediately before a rain. Same for mice in the garage. The bate traps don’t seem to have reduced the number of mice I capture in mouse traps. I would have cancelled but there’s a large financial penalty into contracts.

We hired Insight to rid us of sugar… We hired Insight to rid us of sugar ants. We have had them here repeatedly in the last 9 months and they have been completely unsuccessful. They sprayed the house a month ago and we had to leave our house for the day. We then left for a month and now we are back and sooooo are the ants. We are very very unsatisfied.
