Fast pickup and delivery, great customer service, and a nice guy to boot! It was my first dumpster rental so I didn't know what to expect, but everything went smoothly.

Great company Great company. They brought the dumpster the day I called, were flexible when I needed it a couple more days and very professional but friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone and I wouldn’t use anyone else. Very pleasant experience.

Bad experience in Knoxville Bad experience in Knoxville, tn. I got 3 dumpsters from them, fine. Cleaning out an estate. I asked for a 4th, I asked for a discount to match their competition. I did ask for the owner to call me. She did, then left me a message saying she’s only going to be there a few hours, and that I can talk to her husband. I did not want to talk to the random person that answered the phone. I didn’t want to talk to her husband, then she proceeded to grill me after I left negative feedback. Ended up going with a competitor not only because of money, but by the review she left. She basically roasted me in her reply to my rating. I went with someone else. Do you blame me? She bragged about her 5.0 rating. Because of me, she doesn’t have that. Not happy about being treated like I don’t matter . I can find her comments if I need to. She said she sent “multiple emails “ but I didn’t get them. Also she said something about it being months between dumpster rentals. So? Sometimes it takes years. Her argument was their prices hadn’t gone up, yet when I checked around, I got a bigger dumpster cheaper. I’d think you’d want to make repeat customers happy.

I didn't know a lot about the process, but my options were presented to be objectively, and the drop off went smoothly. He was flexible with out pickup date and helped us out with questions as we had them. Would DEFINTELY rent from him again.

TOTAL A-HOLES TOTAL A-HOLES. Charge $25 cancel fee. NO ONE ELSE DOES THAT. But they gotta get that $25 out of you no matter what. Even if it means negative reviews. Well suck on that $25 Forgot to mention, this dumpster was for my parents, my father (Air Force veteran) and my mother, in their 80's and living on a fixed income. I guess the owner of this company has no shame, and will do anything to collect a measely $25. SHAMEFUL
