Got here fast Got here faster than I thought. I am rating the delivery right now as the flee & tick season has not started yet, so I can not rate the effectiveness of the collar itself.

Disappointed this year.ormally I would give you Five stars… Normally I would give you Five stars the last 2 years they were great but the collars are not working this year :(. They also didn't smell as strong. Eileen Update. I didn't ask for a refund but Dewlpro refunded my order I assume because they read this review. It's rare for a company to take pride in their product and care about their customers. Great customer service.

Allergic reaction in cat and terrible customer service Put collar on cat and within 10 hours her neck swelled up. Contacted customer service. They challenged me and didn’t believe me. No care for the animal expresses. Finally after sending before and after shots(she hassled me also about pic qualities…it is hard to get a good pic of a stressed cat with swollen neck) she offered to refund me one collar. I had purchased 3 collars to stock up given their website mentioned no expiry if stored properly.

Great Natural Solution These flea/tick collars are natural and safe. We have used them for 3 years and prefer over more dangerous chemical flea and tick techniques. These are 25 inches in circumference and fit our 70 pound dog well. They arrived on time. These were a bit too pricey and used to cost much less.

Didn't work as I expected Soon as I put it on my cat he started running around crying I mean he didn't like it at all I thought that was it working and had the flees going crazy So I didn't worry much so after a few days I noticed he had been scratching it around his neck to the point his fur was gone in that area and it was raw wet skin I had to take him to the vet cost me $100 for the ointment
