Above and beyond Aaron helped me log back into Facebook when my account was temporarily locked for absolutely no reason I could discern. It didn't take long to get back in, so while he was with me he looked over the security features and made some suggestions. He did the same with my email account. I was concerned my Facebook had been hacked and was putting everyone in my friends list at risk. $40 to find out that all was well was money well spent!

I highly recommend this service. I was hacked in July of 2023. They changed the email and removed the phone number attached to my FB account. They were using my ad account. Meta shut down the ad account and I was able to reach Meta Support through email (because otherwise they communicate through Messenger, which I couldn't get into). They kept telling me they had fixed the business accounts, but no one could help me get my login reset on the personal account. So I had no way to get in. I tried with several different reps over 7 months. They kept sending me to the "My account was hacked" self service link that FB has, but I just went in circles because my only option was to send a verification code to the hacker's email address. I tried to upload identification, but that didn't work either. Finally, I gave Hacked.com a try. I was skeptical, but it had good reviews. So I paid for a 50 minute call. It was absolutely worth it. Greg was super knowledgeable and professional, and just a friendly guy. He knew all the ins and outs, even with all the updates Meta makes constantly. He knew exactly what to look for and what to do. Because my account was disabled, my best option was to reach out to my state representatives. Greg wrote the emails and gave me instructions on what to expect. It took my reps about 2 months to get back my account, and I had to follow up with them a couple times, but it worked! In all it took 9 months, my congressman's office, and my senator's office to get the Meta liaison to reset my account. I'm back in and very happy. I recommend scheduling a call because every situation is slightly different. They'll know your best options.

This site got me back on Facebook This site was so helpful and understanding and calm about it. My Facebook site was hacked and then the Meta team sent me a notice that my accounts were suspended. A friend helping me found a good reference to hacked.com and the cost for the first zoom meeting was $69. There I met Aaron Weaver, from a shared screen he wrote the Michigan government officials to help. It took 3 weeks to get my personal account back up, but not business page. Today with another session, Aaron was able to click around and find my business page and help me set it up to be safe from hackers.

Aaron is the Best Aaron is the Best. Here is a quick break down. Someone hacked into my Facebook/Meta acct and was using my business acct & Ads. I assuming it was gone after having it for 20 years and using it for business since it was no longer visible. I was sad that i had lost all my business ads, 20 yrs of memories and messages. UNDERSTAND, You get NO help from FB/Meta!! So hours of trying to find an offical site, I finally found Hacked.com. I then had my first meeting with Aaron who looked at everything in the first meeting, not a lot he could do since my acct was gone, deleted. Aaron reached out to all public figures in Co. One in particular- Erika Blum with Congressman Joe Neguse went out of her way to ask FB to re instate my page on my behalf. I received a notice from Meta 2 wks later. He deleted this man who put himself as administrator. This man/hacker was accessing my ads to create false advertising to steal money from others.
