The new employee that took over the previous employees position was looking out for my best interest. She lowered my monthly rate by about $60. Been a customer for about three years now. Go here before you choose another storage facility.

Personal customer service each and… Personal customer service each and every time that I have ever needed anything. If they are not available at the time of your call you will receive a call back asap asking how they can assist you. The facility is always clean. The staff is amazing.

Great facility, but a little pricey The employee did a great job explaining to me the lock up storage facility and all of the rules and procedures in a nice way. My only complaint is the monthly price is higher than I thought it would be.
