Excellent service Excellent service, very nice and courteous representatives. Unit was nice and clean, dropped off and picked back as planed. It worked great for us.

Didn't deliver unit on time Didn't deliver unit on time, day late, then were late that next morning while we had hired help waiting on the unit to load. Expect a week before collection. I experienced issues with delivering the pod and was told they were training new people. Do not expect a timely pickup either. Bottom line.... They have growing pains. Nice people but they are over committed.

Good experience with Units Tim was very helpful getting the unit to my location. I was a little concerned because my driveway is sloped. He had me sent a picture and assured me that it would work. They brought the unit up the driveway by remote and it worked perfectly. Chris came right away when called and took the unit away. I was very pleased with all aspects of this experience.

UNITS is an amazing company UNITS is an amazing company. Their staff is fantastic, they communicate constantly throughout the process and follow up on everything. We moved from Massachusetts to Louisiana and everything arrived in perfect condition, and it arrived earlier than projected. I was impressed with the professionalism and dedication of their employees and highly recommend UNITS for a move. I will be using them again.

Space saving delivery system I loved the fact they could deliver it and put it in a place out of the way. Other companies needed a bigger space to deliver and place. I only had about a 10’ clearance between the house and fence but there deliver system is awesome.
