I've changed my review to 5 stars - someone has reached out and offer to send a few extra locks due to having to cut the one. Some of the best customer service I have gotten in a long time. GBThe system helps cuts our staff time… The system helps cuts our staff time spent having to remove red locks. Our staff was constantly being taken of other task to remove red locks, now the customer can do so, and we are able to accomplish a lot more tasks.

GBCustomer Service We had an issue with one of the locks we purchased. Upon informing the company, they replaced the lock and shipped it for free. In this day of customer service, it is nice to know some companies are still into good customer service!
