I had a great experience! I had a great experience with the service provided by American Van Lines. I would recommend this service for an out of state move. The staff was very professional, efficient, and attentive throughout the entire process of my move. They checked in and followed up an every step of the way. I had a situation with the management company at the condominium where I live asking last minute for proof of insurance. Frank my moving coordinator kept in touch with me providing me with the updates about the status of the move and he was very courteous and helped get the insurance form submitted. The driver and movers were very professional and efficient carefully handling my furniture and wrapping it well to protect it. They were timely and they had an easy process to pay for the service.

Moving Sucks, American Van Lines Doesn't communication with driver/packer Randy throughout the process actually made moving tolerable. the quoting process, too, was accurate and easy. Randy's crew loaded my entire house and 2 garages (in FL) into his 18 wheeler within about a day, and unloaded it in Indiana in about half a day. excellent crew and AVL over-delivered.
