So far so good So far so good! Still waiting on my POD to arrive at my new destination/home with my belongings (5/6/24), and hopefully that goes well, too. All else has worked out very smoothly with everything happening the exact way customer service explained it would on booking day. Very satisfied customer at this point! Would highly recommend utilizing POD for your traveling and/or continued storage needs.

A LOT more expensive than anticipated !anticipated… A LOT more expensive than anticipated and nickel and dimed me for every little thing. And each person I talked to at PODS told me something different. I am really worried about delivery at my destination even though I repeatedly asked over and over whether PODS could deliver in an awkward place. People I talked to warned me about going with PODS. It seems people either love or hate PODS, no in between! And using PODS suggestion for packers and loaders I hope they're getting a KICK BACK, as they are damn expensive also especially for a disabled senior citizen on a limited pension! I'm glad &/or hopeful that I won't need to move again. More but this is still too new and fresh to "relive"!!!

Absolutely terrible pod Absolutely terrible pod! We wanted to move a few pieces of furniture into the Pod while remodeling the kitchen. The Pod, on arrival, smelled like a F’ing ashtray!!!!!!!! I called to express my concern of putting my couch in and it smelling like smoke. They later responded with “ After reviewing your call, we are not going to accommodate you!” I wasn’t looking for a new Pod to be delivered but a few bucks off the bill would have been nice!!!!!!! We got the largest Pod and used less than half the space due to the smell! Finally, I would give zero stars if aloud!

GREAT Company Great communication and delivery and pick-up was on time as scheduled. Drivers called in advance and were polite, and accommodated my request to reverse the orientation of the door without complaining. Unit was clean when delivered. I would definitely use them again when the need arises.

The pods wasn’t to clean and stink Make sure there cleaned better and not so stinky and the old 12 ft they sent was really bad,but the drivers were very nice and respectful all 3 guys and yes I cleaned my pods out good!
