We are very happy with Leland’s … We are very happy with Leland’s service. The entire process, beginning with the ordering of our barn through its delivery and setup, went smoothly. We were told it would probably take 3-4 weeks for delivery and it took slightly over 2 weeks. Very friendly and reliable staff! We couldn’t be happier! We recommend them without hesitation!

The sales rep in Llano Was nice and… The sales rep in Llano Was nice and explained everything. It was easy to put my order in and to check on delivery time the young man that delivered it was amazing he put the shed exactly where I wanted it asked me questions if I wanted it leveled or just on the cement and did it all by himself ! I managed to lose my keys in the first day and Leland’s are going to send me a replacement set - how cool is that ?!

When we got our garage storage unit and… When we got our garage storage unit and it was all set up, we could not use either the dead bolt lock or the regular lock on the side door because they would not line up with the frame openings. The door knob would not work and the keys would not fit the dead bolt lock. We also could not lock the roll up garage door because it would not line up with the opening provided on the rail for the latch. We look forward to getting these items repaired and then our review may possibly go up.

The inside salesman was very… The inside salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to answer all my questions and revisions to the contract that I requested. The crew that came out to do the installation knew what they were doing and didn't even break for lunch. I watched the entire build and they addressed and questions and concerns I had. They cleaned up the site before they left and had me check out the building one more time to make sure I was satisfied.

arrived as ordered arrived as ordered . all aspects from ordering to delivery were outstanding. it rained really hard and it was perfectly dry inside. only reason for 4 instead of 5 was that the door locking pins were off center and will have to be drilled out. also the hardware could be more substantial. otherwise super pleased
