Overall it was a good experience Overall it was a good experience. Our items were packed and stored for two months and then shipped overseas. It arrived a day earlier than expected. All the paperwork was handled by the movers, which was nice. All of our fragile glassware and paintings arrived in tact but a few pieces of antique furniture suffered minor damage and one leg on one of the dining room chairs broke off.

Fantastic service and performance. We use Rainier to relocate from the US to Ireland. Communication with Mark from Rainier was good throughout the process, starting from getting the quote, ironing out the details, coordinating the packing and shipping, and finally shipping from Europe to our house in Ireland.
