Rates that were worth it Shipped my car with this company. I was going to be staying in the Chicago for 6 months and I really am not a big fan of driving over 10 hours straight so I just rather have it shipped. Also my car is leased so there is maximum amount of miles per month that I'm allowed. Flat Price came right to my place and loaded up my car. I felt pretty comfortable after speaking with the employees of the place. I was worried at first about a dent or scratch. It got there in one piece though haha!!! No complaints, solid business.

Excellent experience We needed to ship a car from Atlanta to Los Angeles and had no idea where to begin. We were inundated with numerous quotes and offers. I quickly learned that this industry like most others has some shady companies and that there are a lot of research one must do to ensure the best experience . My experience with flat rate was superior from start to finish . Customer service (Frank , George) stayed in contact with me through the process from pre-pick up to actual pick up shipping and delivery . The driver Eugene was professional and volunteered his contact information so we could coordinate the delivery , He was actually ahead of schedule which worked out great for us . We were guaranteed 10 to 12 days and it was delivered in seven .

Awesome Job A stressful situation was turned around and made right with their help. We already had movers in place but when we saw they had severely under quoted us and sent us a bill different we then decided to cancel our move and had to start all over finding the right company. Here's where flat price came in. They took on our last minute booking and managed get everything back on track. Their pricing was much better than the first moving group we set up and they never switched any agreements we had around. No surprises... well the service was surprising because they were fast and very organized. Great team, great customers and great move.

VERY STRAIGHT FORWARD VERY STRAIGHT FORWARD! no issues. 1st time using a transport svc, was terrified, but all went well. Got my veh in 3 days, most services quote 5 to 7. Scheduling was easy, communication with Mike and driver was easy. I recommend.

I despise moving but they took the pain away. Title tells it all. I really don't like packing or moving in general. The process gives me anxiety. I ended up using flat price because they could pack all my stuff up for me and I needed boxes provided as well. Surprisingly not every moving place gives you boxes. I want ship to my car eventually too so I plan on using them again for that because the move went well. They also were their to help me unpack! That was awesome.
