The best moving company out there! The best moving company out there!! They are the nicest guys and did an awesome job with everything. Can’t say enough great things about this company and their employees. I will definitely go to them next time I make a move!

This is an absolutely horrible moving… This is an absolutely horrible moving company. I filed a moving fraud complaint against them, and everyone else should do the same in an attempt to shut this company down. They did not treat my property with care. The destroyed my property. They were abusive to me and my family during the move. They delivered my property late. And the insurance company they contract with is a scam also. I called to get reimbursed for my property, and the insurance company did not follow up with the movers. The movers hung up on me multiple times and lied about the time frame that I would receive my reimbursement. They also did not actually reimburse me. They deserve zero stars and deserve to be shut down for illegal business practices. Their reply below about the claims department is a lie since I attempted to go through the claims department and got nowhere. I have all of the documentation about the process. ***update to reply: definitely the right company: Express movers services, inc. address: 560 sylvan ave 3160, englewood cliffs, NJ 07632. 888-379-0460. Have documentation to prove it. Absolutely terrible company.

GREAT Company! Frank is the best driver/Mover! I felt this company was a really great service. Frank the driver explained everything to me and really helped me out. I did not like how Bronze Star moving & storage scammed me into thinking they were the actual moving company. If only I knew Bronze Star moving & storage was a broker I never would have used them. If only I knew about Express Movers Services I would have gone directly through them and saved myself a HUGE headache. If you are looking to move out of state DO NOT use Bronze Star Moving & Storage! Go Directly through Express Movers Services and you will have way better luck than I did initially, and save a ton of money as you won't have to pay the broker fee for them finding you the actual moving company (Express moving Services). Frank is the best - I HIGHLY recommend him!

Great guys!! They were so much better than described. What could have been a tough move was made easy by their excellent professionalism, service, reliability and caring. They exceeded my expectations and made a complex move painless and pleasant.
