I would hire them again in a heartbeat The customer service is what impressed me. No other company matched this level of enthusiasm. The crew arrived during their scheduled window. They worked really, really hard. They put everything back together perfectly.

Do not trust these thieves Do not trust these thieves. Buy new furniture or rent a uhaul before handing over your items to these people. I heard Netflix is doing a documentary about moving scam companies like this. Hopefully they will be featured.

GREAT Company! Frank is the best driver/Mover! I felt this company was a really great service. Frank the driver explained everything to me and really helped me out. I did not like how Bronze Star moving & storage scammed me into thinking they were the actual moving company. If only I knew Bronze Star moving & storage was a broker I never would have used them. If only I knew about Express Movers Services I would have gone directly through them and saved myself a HUGE headache. If you are looking to move out of state DO NOT use Bronze Star Moving & Storage! Go Directly through Express Movers Services and you will have way better luck than I did initially, and save a ton of money as you won't have to pay the broker fee for them finding you the actual moving company (Express moving Services). Frank is the best - I HIGHLY recommend him!

This was simply the best customer service I’ve experienced!! Their work ethic, professionalism, and courtesy are without equal. They impressed, arrived on time, asked intelligent and thorough questions, and later provided a solid estimate for the job. They had the best work ethic of any contractor I’ve ever hired. Their performance reflects exceptionally well on each individual, the management, and the company as a whole.

They got the job done very effectively! They were extremely professional from the moment they entered our home to provide an estimate. All of the moving staff were experienced and all about work. Didn’t waste a second messing around and got the job done.
