The Ultimate Concierge Service It was an ultimate pleasure working with StartAboard, from start to finish they took care of every minor detail. Great job bring our dog down Moving from Toronto to Costa Rica has been challenging but ultimately very much worth it so far. One of the obstacles was how to bring our large dog Ruby, down to CR. I was referred to StartAbroad and had many discussions with Anna regarding how we can get Ruby down to CR without breaking the bank even before we had spent a dollar on her services. Many options were outrageously expensive so we decided to let the pros figure out a way that was affordable.
