He somehow knows everything from trusted attorneys to the best restaurants. He can answer anything from a deep dive into real estate regulations, to the history of mole. You know those people that no matter what you need, they say "Oh, I got a guy"? Well, Paul's that guy. I'm not entirely certain he even gets sleep, but I sure am glad to know him. Especially when the process of moving here brings up so many unforeseen obstacles and questions you didnt even know you'd have. But now, I've "got a guy"!

Great realtor I met Paul back in I believe it was September of 2022 . My wife and I arrived in Guanajuato City and rented an Airbnb for a couple weeks while we looked around to find something for long term. Paul's name kept coming up on the Guanajuato website.He had already built a great business and everyone knew him. Send him a email to set up a meeting, he promptly returned the email within a day. I was very impressed from the time that I met this young man he was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing from the get-go! He was very helpful in finding a long-term rental to start with. We wanted to stay for 6 months and really figure out if this is the place we wanted to call home. We ended up staying there almost a year. In fact we stayed 10 months. My wife and I wanted to travel a bit until we decided where exactly we wanted to settle down. So that's what we're doing at the time. Gloria really wants to settle in Guanajuato so we will head back there soon and again get a hold of Paul to help us out! If you are thinking about moving to Mexico this is the man that you have to contact. He can get you set up anywhere in Mexico. Paul can answer any questions you might have. I highly recommend him! He was amazing! Before I forget he is fluent in English and Spanish which makes it so much easier if you are moving to Mexico! Paul and I are still good friends on Facebook!
