It all kicked off with a big pre-move… It all kicked off with a big pre-move chat. Their rep swung by on time and took a real close look at all my stuff. They jotted down every detail, even noting my giant sectional sofa, the delicate glass dining table, and my custom-made wooden bed frame. They really did their homework, setting up a solid plan.

Unreliable Unreliable. They’re only job was to get my contents of my apartment from one place to another and they lost so many different items. I did most of my packing and everything I packed got to my apartment. The day of the move everything they packed never made it. They are offering me $.60 per pound which is a crime. How are they not responsible? Beware of this moving company they are inexperienced and unorganized

Great service. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They were able to help me get organized so I wouldn’t get overwhelmed. They do this all day so it’s nothing to them but when it’s your home it’s different. The crew was very respectful and was sure to ask questions when they were unsure about something. That’s a much better alternative than my things getting jacked up.

AMAZING! Dumbo Moving was AMAZING! The movers were right on time (early even),super fast, neat, quiet, affordable and friendly. The salesperson Ethan always responded quickly and professionally . I will definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone that needs movers, and if I ever move again. :)

I used Dumbo Moving for my recent move… I used Dumbo Moving for my recent move from UWS to LES. The quote was reasonable and the crew were so helpful and kind. In the past I've tried to save money going through Task Rabbit thinking that it would be less expensive. However, it cost more than DUMBO Moving and both times had damage to my furniture. The customer service from start to finish was excellent! Even the supervisor came by at the end to see if I was satisfied. I'd highly recommend this company.
